HOW to MAKE cOmIx
You can make comics by your own or get help. I got help from my brother, Zalito( his nickname of course). He generally put in colours. My dad did try to make comics before, but he said it didn’t turn out right. So I kinda think you have to have the gift or stuff. But I actually gave myself the gift, so i guess you can too.
One thing that’s hard in making comics, is that people recognise your principle character(s). Mine are quite simple, or I give them accessories that others don’t have. Making comics can be hard sometimes though: to small strips, bad handwriting, bad story… That’s why you better read comics before making one. Also, you might wanna brainstorm your comic before you do it. It’ll make it better. Or you just think it through before and then let the words and drawings flow. And you should also think your characters through to, cuz it’s all about them the story talks about. My characters were invented when I was drawing at school: I wanted to draw a girl eating pizza, but I flunked her. So I erased the girl and drew the pizza first. It was way too big, but just as I was gonna erase it, I flipped my pencil and it made a sort of stickman arm to my pizza. Just for fun I added fingers and another arm, and legs, and eyes, and a mouth. Then I thought of making my pizza as a superhero, so I added a cape. I also wanted him to have a partner so I drew tomato hero. I drew the title, the back, and then it was time to go. But I swore to myself i’d finish it this weekend, and sure enough, I did. See? All my comics were based on this comic. I never forgot these dudes, but I only remade them in CM1.
